Shipping Rates

Shipping for standard latch hook kits cost $8.95 to the United States, Australia, Canada, UK, and most EU countries.

Products are shipped directly from China to most destinations worldwide using our priority partners (USPS in USA, AusPost in Australia etc). If your country is not listed above, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Times

Standard delivery times are currently 8 to 18 days.

All items will be shipped within 2-4 days. You will receive a tracking number to your nominated email address once the product(s) has shipped. 

Any postal delays once product is shipped are outside our control. If you have any concerns about your package please send an email with our query to help@heartfulcrafts.com.

 

Additional Policies

We cannot deliver to some countries and states, including HI, AK.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases at this time.
Once the tracking on your shipment shows "DELIVERED", unfortunately we can no longer reimburse you for lost shipments.
